🇭🇺Energiahatékony, fenntartható és egészséges épületek – háromoldalú tapasztalatcsere-találkozó Krakkóban 🇵🇱

#Interregeurope #REBUSproject #energyefficiency #healthybuildings #sustainability #PNEC #SERDA #BORA94

🇬🇧Energy efficient, sustainable and healthy buildings – Trilateral exchange meeting in Krakow 🇵🇱

#Interregeurope #REBUSproject #energyefficiency #healthybuildings #sustainability #PNEC #SERDA #BORA94

👍🙂The exchange of experiences in Krakow as part of the REBUS international project was inspiring and motivating for the representatives of the host Polish “Energie Cités” Network of Local Authorities, as well as for partners from Hungary and Romania. Participants agreed that it is of the utmost importance to take energy efficiency aspects into account from the planning stage right through to the implementation stage.

🟢The meeting discussed tender funding opportunities, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, but also highlighted that the cooperating countries face similar problems in energy, finance and post- pandemic.

🟠Experts presented good practices in sustainable buildings in Poland, the principles of green building, and also the right materials and new solutions to increase the energy efficiency of buildings.

🟡Participants also visited the Małopolska Laboratory for Energy Efficient Buildings at the Cracow University of Technology, the first institution in Poland to carry out such large-scale research into energy-saving technologies and the comfort of occupants and users of low-energy buildings.🟢🟠🟡The meeting in Krakow supported the mission of the REBUS project “Renovation for Energy efficient BUildingS”, which aims to renovate public buildings in an energy efficient way in order to meet the targets set and committed to in the European Union’s energy strategy for 2030.
